My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were disappointing as the toilet wouldn't stop flushing and was dirty on arrival. However, the staff, including Anita, Eric, and Sharon, were incredibly professional and friendly. The location was convenient for our function, but the dining options were limited and overpriced. Despite these drawbacks, the service and facilities provided were satisfactory.
